Currently the Headlight webserver is having problems, we are determing the cause and will give an update here. The result is problems with login and navigating inside Headlight.

Currently our Adserving partner is having problems with the response time on adserving in the new flow. We will keep you updated here when we have more information about this issue.

*This problem was connected with a firewall issue Emediate had just before midday yesterday. It was solved last evening. If you have questions regarding feel free to contact support at traceworks.

This friday evening we are taking advantage of the Service window and will deploy a fix that will solve a large part of the performance issues we have experienced lately on Large accounts.

The fix will result in the “default timeperiod” when loading Headlight to omit the current days date. This should result in a significant performance boost when loading Headlight. The current day data will still be available through the Headlight calendar function.

Due to the Database failure we will be taking Headlight offline at 22.00 Friday 25.sept 2009

Due to a database issue, we are currently experiencing problems with the login and viewing of data in Headlight. We are working on the issue and will keep you updated here.

*Edit: We are currently restarting the database server.

*Edit: The database server has to be take offline and serviced, therefore we are switching to the backup system. We are currently copying the last database changes to the backupsystem. If you have questions feel free to contact Traceworks support.

Currently we are experiencing issues when a banner campaign under the Adtech flow is being created. We are looking into the cause. We will keep you updated here.

*Edit: The connection with the Adtech API was the problem here, we have been informed that the Adtech API server is up and running again.

Over the weekend we have had problems with the Report creation, the problem cause has been found and corrected. However if you are missing a report please contact support (support@traceworks.com +45 33 118 118)

*edit: While the servers are creating the missing reports Headlight response time can be greatly diminished. We will keep you updated here.

*edit: Due to very severe Headlight perfomance issues we have had to pause the report creation. Tonight at 18.00 we will start it again, this will cause the performance of Headlight to be affected. The reports will be done by Tuesday morning.

At 10:56 AM, Headlight began having problems resolving landing pages. This lasted for 20 minuttes. The cause was a human error in combination with a rutine maintenance on one of our production servers. We are taking steps to ensure that this will not happen again and are very sorry for the problem.

Due to a problem with our Internet provider TDC, we are experiencing problems with the internet connection to Headlight. We are monitoring the issue and hope to have an update shortly. (This appears to be a problem hitting most of East Denmark)

Update: Most of the problems seems to be solved by now.  We will continue to keep you updated.

Update: We have not been able to detect further problems.
