Currently the Headlight webserver is having problems, we are determing the cause and will give an update here. The result is problems with login and navigating inside Headlight.

Currently our Adserving partner is having problems with the response time on adserving in the new flow. We will keep you updated here when we have more information about this issue.

*This problem was connected with a firewall issue Emediate had just before midday yesterday. It was solved last evening. If you have questions regarding feel free to contact support at traceworks.

This friday evening we are taking advantage of the Service window and will deploy a fix that will solve a large part of the performance issues we have experienced lately on Large accounts.

The fix will result in the “default timeperiod” when loading Headlight to omit the current days date. This should result in a significant performance boost when loading Headlight. The current day data will still be available through the Headlight calendar function.

Due to the Database failure we will be taking Headlight offline at 22.00 Friday 25.sept 2009

Due to a database issue, we are currently experiencing problems with the login and viewing of data in Headlight. We are working on the issue and will keep you updated here.

*Edit: We are currently restarting the database server.

*Edit: The database server has to be take offline and serviced, therefore we are switching to the backup system. We are currently copying the last database changes to the backupsystem. If you have questions feel free to contact Traceworks support.
