The Dojo is the official blog of the marketing software company TraceWorks.

A question I asked myself before I started working here the 1st of October was would I fit in at TraceWorks, and would I feel welcome? My curiosity in the days before I started my new job was big. I came from a company with great colleges and a good social atmosphere, and therefore I hoped for the best and wouldn’t settle with less. When I now look back on my first month of employment, these are the highlights that pop into mind.

The first week was hectic with a busy schedule with introduction to the company, products and overall getting to know my new colleagues. The welcoming was good, with a structured planning on what to do next which is important for me. I think it is nice to start a new job, and feel that you are being taking care of until the time you are up and running you self. The people here were, and still are really friendly, with a good mixture of various interest and personalities.

I know this isn’t an award show, but a special thank you note to my colleague Christoffer, for the effort and time he has put into introducing me to my new job here at TraceWorks.
I am really happy to be part of this great team and look forward to a good time working at TraceWorks.
