The Dojo is the official blog of the marketing software company TraceWorks.

I just read about Enso: A program made for those of us that use the keyboard as much as possible.

I have been a Launchy user for quite some time and found it just beautiful. It’s pretty simple: Press alt+enter and start to type the name of the program you want to start:

Starting up Internet Explorer

This is how it looks when I want to start up my almost favorite browser.

In Enso I just press caps lock and start to enter. The big difference is that with Enso I can also do some simple commands - e.g. select a file and open with a specific program or google a word from wherever I am:

Google a word

I think both programs are simply great, but Enso might have that little something extra Launchy doesn’t provide.
